The vendor space is limited at this year’s National Specialty in Gettysburg PA. Everyone that would like a space can submit an application for consideration. The application must be received no later than May 19. Approved vendors will be sent a reservation form (with bill for pre-payment) in June.
While all applications will be accepted, all may not be approved and sent a reservation form. Preference will be given based on available space, type of merchandise, timeliness of request, and any other factors deemed appropriate by SCA.
All effort will be made to ensure an appropriate mix of concessions so as not to flood the limited space with like merchandise and ensure an appropriate variety of products for the benefit of both the SCA guests and concessions approved to attend.
FAQ's
What is the size of the vendor space? Vendor spaces will be at least 10x10 in size and canopies will be allowed if needed.
What are the required hours? The host is contracted from 6 AM to 11 PM, check the schedule for event information. We recommend vendors to be there while events are on going; however it is up to the discretion of the vendor.
