Host Hotel - Eisenhower Hotel & Conference Center

The Eisenhower has 307 rooms over two wings (Eisenhower I and Eisenhower II) and 2 stories.

Reservation information will be available in October, reservations can start being made December 1st 11AM EST

Room rate is $105.00 plus 6% state tax and 3% local tax.
A fee of $10 will be charged for each Adult over two per sleeping room.
No more than one guest room per credit card.
Pet fee of $40.00 one time per sleeping room allergen cleaning fee non-refundable.

Dog show rules

These are rules from the Eisenhower to make guests stay positive for everyone. We please ask all attendees and guests to follow these rules as requested by the host hotel.

• Each guest will be charged a pet fee of $40.00 one time per sleeping room allergen cleaning fee non-refundable
• Members will be financially responsible for any damage to hotel rooms caused by their dogs or themselves. This includes, but is not limited to, replacement cost for carpeting if odors or stains cannot be removed by traditional cleaning methods.
• There will be a maximum of four (4) dogs/crates per sleeping room. Any room exceeding the permitted number will be charged a non-refundable fee of $25.00 per dog/crate per day.
• All dogs must be crated with plastic underneath. Plastic sheeting is to be provided by each guest. If there are damages to a guest room, there will be additional charges assessed over and above the $40.00 allergen cleaning fee.
• Dogs WILL NOT be left uncrated in unattended rooms.
• Bedspreads will be removed from all sleeping rooms with dogs.
• Bathing and Grooming in the hotel rooms is strictly prohibited. The use of hotel linens for bathing dogs is not permitted. A $250 non-refundable penalty will be charged to any guest who uses their room for dog bathing or grooming.
• Dogs are to be leashed at all times except within obedience, rally and agility rings.
• The Show Chair will be contacted if any problems arise with guests.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their own dogs. Trash cans and liners will be provided for Guest use by the show committee. A $50.00 non-refundable minimum penalty will be charged to any guest observed violating this rule.
• There will be a designated parking area for hotel guests with RV's and dog trailers staying in a room. Individuals sleeping in RV's are subject to additional rules and fees as outlined on the RV page.
• Dogs will not be allowed in the following public areas:
  • Restaurant
  • Deli
  • Lounge
  • Banquet area
  • Piccadilly Court and Pool area
  • Lobby area is to be used only to access the elevator
• Any Guest found not to be following the above rules will be asked to leave the hotel without a refund.
• These and other show rules will be strictly enforced, Violators will be subject to an Event Committee Hearing.
